• Partnering closely with both APAC and Global Offices

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
• 15+ years of work in Human Resources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and business English
• People Management Experience
• Experience in a large multi matrix organization
