• Team management

• Develop investors and strengthen relationships
• Property evaluation, investment profitability analysis
• Negotiations for property purchase
• Due diligence, risk analysis, cash flow analysis
• Formation of real estate fund

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• Experienced Real estate professional with significant sourcing/investor development/negotiations experience (15+ years)
• 10+ years of real estate acquisition experience.
• Diverse product types is a plus (office, Residence, Hotel, Retail, Industrial)
• Demonstrated strength as a leader.
• Real estate acquisition
