Required Skills

• Native level Japanese
• Conversational level English
• 3 years’ experience in recruitment (Corporate or agency side)
• Experience with cycle planning, implementation, and referrals
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Solid project management skills
• Knowledge of direct recruitment
• Good network of relationships with recruitment companies preferred
• Excited about games, movies, animation and gaming culture
• HR experience is a big advantage to advance your career.
