About the Company

The company is a premier IT Solutions firm with a strong focus on Securities. Take the opportunity to step in as the firm's first HR Manager as you lead HR strategy as the firm continues to grow in Japan. 

Your Responsibilities 

Key initiatives will revolve around designing and executing the firms recruitment strategy. 

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for and expected to:

• Improve employee onboarding
• Partner with Global to ensure corporate governance
• Engage in optimizing employee Talent Management
• Provide executive and team coaching 

 The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Native-Japanese language.
• Business-level English.
• Strong Recruitment skills (5+ Years)
• HR experience in a fast paced dynamic environment.
• HR Generalist Knowledge
• Note* Functional day to day HR Operations handled by global shared service team
