Required Skills

• Native level Japanese.
• Business level English.
• 10 years’ experience in finance, with 5 years leading a team.
• Corporate finance and ideally some real estate experience in an international company preferred.
• Successful experience in motivating and leading a team.
• Confident managing relationships between different departments.
