Your Responsibilities

• The Financial Controller works with departments to ensure internal controls and financial targets are achieved.
• This position involves reviewing, managing and controlling our financial interests for our international workflow.
• You will be consulting with different business partners to leads efforts in improving performance, achieving goals and ensuring compliance with reporting, regulatory standards and policies.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Native-level Japanese language skills
• Business-level English Language skills
• Good communication skills are essential. You will be liaising with and report to internal and international teams. You will need business level English for this role.
• Relevant experience in Finance is required.
• Demonstrated experience in management is required.
• Experience working for an international company is an advantage.
