Specialized Group is currently looking for a Financial Controller. Our client is a leading International industrial company. This position has a competitive salary and some great options for career development.

We need a Financial Controller for our International team. You will need first-class analysis and organization skills for this role. 

You will be reviewing, managing and controlling our financial interests for our international workflow. You will be consulting with different business partners to leads efforts in improving performance, achieving goals and ensuring strict compliance with reporting, regulatory standards and policies. This position is accountable for the financial, and risk management of the company. This position reports directly to the General Manager. Experience in international companies is an advantage.

We are an international company. You will need business level English skills for this position. Native-level Japanese language skills are required.

Required Skills

• Native in Japanese and in English.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 10 years’ experience in finance, accounting or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in management.
• IFRS skills mandatory.
• Good IT skills; familiar with ERP system.
• MBA, CMA or CPA preferred.
