We need a Financial Controller for our International team. You will need first-class analysis and organization skills for this role. 

As a business partner, closely work with the GM and other departments to ensure internal control and achieve financial targets. This position involves reviewing, managing and controlling our financial interests for our international workflow. You will be consulting with different business partners to leads efforts in improving performance, achieving goals and ensuring compliance with reporting, regulatory standards and policies. Experience in international companies is a distinct advantage.

We are an international company with global reach. Native-level Japanese language skills are required. You will also need business level English skills for this position.

Required Skills

• Native level Japanese & Business level English skills.
• Leadership experience in Finance organization in a multi-national company.
• Understanding of global requirements for compliance and internal controls.
• Experience with US GAAP and statutory accounting skills.
• FP&A experience.
• Successful project management experience.
• ERP experience (SAP/Hyperion preferred).
• Advanced-level Excel and competency in PowerPoint.
