A new job opportunity has become available to work as an Finance Supervisor. This role is to mainly support CFO for financial accounting duties including some other back office miscellaneous duties like admin, legal, etc.

Your Responsibilities

Daily Financial accounting works (payable, receivable, etc.)

• Payable: Coding work for vendor/supplier payment (operating expenses); posting work in SAP system after bank-transferring through e-banking system (no pottery cash facility).
• Receivable: Reconciliation work of sales statements from department stores with the data in Retail Pro system; posting work in SAP system.
• Monthly closing works:

-Monthly sales posting work in SAP system after extracting from Retail Pro system ;
-Extract financial statement from SAP and transfer into specific PL, BS templated provided by HQ including AR and AP report;
-Cash Flow report preparation in the template provided by Italy HQ.

• Door PL (Store PL) preparation for retail team strategy use: extract financial statement from SAP and prepare store PLs in excel spread sheet.

-Posting into Retail Pro system of E-Commerce daily sales data e-mailed from outside E-Commerce service provider;
-Various administration works: ordering necessary stationeries, supplies, etc.according to the requests of office and stores;
-Support retail team events.

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor degree is a must;
• Be fluent in English (both written and verbal) ;
• Have advanced IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint...) ;
• Major in accounting, tax, audit or business administration;
• Minimum 5 years of professional accounting and data processing experience from retail industry ;
• Knowledgeable in principles and practice of local government financial operation, general accepted accounting principles, government accounting standard board requirements, sales tax and payroll tax laws, Japan ordinances, etc.;
• Finance planning and analysis experience is a plus;
• Proactive interaction with business team;
• Able to drive process and system improvements to improve productivity;
• Effective communicator;
• Highly organized and detail oriented;
• Team-player.
