Specialized Group is currently seeking a Finance Manager. Our client is a top global component manufacturer.

This is the perfect position for a finance professional to join an international company in Tokyo. There is an excellent set of benefits for this role.

The Finance Manager will work closely with the APAC finance teams to forecast and manage financial workflow. The Finance Manager is responsible for monthly and quarterly reports, financial reporting and analysis, budget setting processes, and oversight and control of governance and tax. The position reports directly to the Regional Finance Controller and requires the management of 2 accountants and external contractors.

Business level English and Native level Japanese language skills are required for this position. The position involves liaising with different teams, so good communication skills are essential.

Required Skills

• Business level English.
• Native level Japanese.
• 4 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Extensive IFM and PDS knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience in motivating and managing a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MAPICS, LN, Bond, Hyperion, Cognos, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree.
