This is the perfect position for a finance professional with excellent management accounting skills. The right candidate will have experience in the automotive sector.

The Finance Manager is responsible for operating results, financial position, cash flow, corporate tax return, and effective internal controls for our accounting interests. The role involves managing monthly closing, quarterly forecasts, annual budget, and business plans, sales analysis, cash flow forecast, identifying areas for cost savings, and preparing for SOX and annual audits.

The role involves liaising with different teams, so good communication skills are essential. Business level English and Fluent level Japanese language skills are required for this position.

Required Skills

• Automotive industry experience required.
• Fluent in Japanese.
• Business level English.
• 8 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, preferably in a multinational corporation.
• Familiar with ERP system and reporting tools.
• Strong financial analytical skills.
• Good understanding of IFRS and US GAAP;
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint are essential).
• Demonstrate leadership ability.
• Capable to drive process improvement and change.
• Self-motivated & result-oriented.
