We are searching for a Finance Director. Our client is a leading biomedical instruments manufacturer.

We need a Finance Director for our International team. First-class financial management and organization skills are essential for this role.

The right candidate will be the primary business partner in leading the financial direction of the company in Japan. The position covers responsibility for all financial planning, accounting, and compliance reporting activities. The position will oversee a team of accounting and finance professionals who support both the commercial, and manufacturing organizations. Working knowledge of international Healthcare companies is a big advantage.

Required Skills

• Business level English.
• 15 years of experience required.
• At least 4 years’ experience managing people.
• Experience with consulting/auditing is preferable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate a team.
• Advanced experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Solid business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Sound business ethics and a consistent approach.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
