A global facilities services firm is seeking a Facilities Manager for a client account within the financial services industry in Tokyo.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities ensuring that all services are effectively delivered and facility needs are met
  • Develop, prepare and explain the annual facility budget, quarterly forecasts, and business plans
  • Manage and drive customer focus within all areas of operational activities and ensure that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts
  • Manage service contracts cost effectively
  • Lead the on-site team in the supervision of maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance and operation of the facilities

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the facilities management industry
  • Team leader and team player
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English
