Your Responsibilities

The Financial Planning and Analysis professional is responsible for analyzing, managing and reporting on finance workflow. This will cover forecasting & budgeting, reporting on performance, developing projects on BP&A, financial modeling, and partnering with business teams.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Native-level Japanese language skills
• Business-level English Language skills
• Good communication skills are essential. You will be liaising with and report to internal and international teams. You will need business level English for this role.
• Relevant FP&A experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience in management is required.
• Experience working for an international company is an advantage.
