Specialized-Group is recruiting for an European multinational group providing personal care products, concentrating on hair color, skin/hair care, sun protection, make-up and also perfume. The company is now searching for an experienced person to collaborate with the E-commerce Manager to implement the new strategy and participate in the launch of the renewed website. You will be responsible for web mastering and all related tasks on the sites on the new EC platform.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive sales, ensure profitability and growth of e-channels 
• Learn about and master the new platform to update website and to set all the necessary information such as products and promotions 
• Check product and promotion master data to register EC platform 
• Upload web site contents to platform system 
• Continuously review and improve webmastering operation to ensure effective and efficient operation 
• Train and lead other webmasters, team members and related partied including brand teams and IT teams for own responsible areas 
• Monitor the customer experience and purchase path to improve purchase rate (frequency, conversion, average order size) on all devices (web, mobile…) and provide data expertise to deploy & adapt the strategy 
• Track and measure site & Business performance to increase programs ROI 
• Facilitate technology, tools and partners deployment to improve platforms and functionalities

Critical Skills/Knowledge

• Experience in E-Business user experience and user interface 
• Experience in Ecommerce managing tools 
• Highly collaborative personality 
• Luxury business fit and understanding

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• More than 3-year experience in E-commerce (managed E-business) 
• Demandware Webmastering experience preferable 
• Strong communication skill in Japanese and English
