Specialized Group currently has an opportunity for an E-commerce Account Manager. Our client is a leading European cookware and housewares brand with global interests.

Due to significant business growth, an experienced E-commerce Account Manager is needed to join the marketing team in Tokyo. There is a rewarding set of compensation for this position.

The E-commerce Account Manager works on Business Development, Account Management, Digital Marketing, Logistics, and Reporting & Forecasting for our cookware products. Duties will include managing all aspects of the relationships with online retailers. You should have knowledge of current consumer trends, digital marketing strategies, and product planning. Experience working with retail goods is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills are essential. You will be liaising with different teams and levels of management. You will get the opportunity to communicate in English.

Required Skills

• Fluent level Japanese.
• Conversational level English.
• 5 years’ experience of E-commerce, and a track record of driving sales on Amazon.co.jp including the use of amongst others AMS and AMG.
• Analytical mindset, Strong familiarity with Excel and results analysis.
• Independent worker, but also work well in a team setting.
• Flexible & adaptable, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Able to plan, schedule, prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
• Passionate about healthy living/cooking.
• High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
