A well established international Cybersecurity firm which has just setup an office in Tokyo is seeking a Director of Technical support to start ASAP.

About the Company

The company uses AI and Machine Learning technology for its' security assessment products, which are extremely well-respected and have won international awards. They are targeting Japan for a large expansion and need leaders to help them tap into the market here.

Your Responsibilities

The company is setting up a cybersecurity lab in Tokyo and need a Director of Technical Support to be the first person on the ground here.  You will launch and operate the lab and build out your own team. This role will also involve assisting with sales activities and supporting existing customers. It is an interesting mix of management, implementation, sales, support and coordinating with overseas teams.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

The role requires 4+ years of professional experience in the cybersecurity industry and fluency in both Japanese and English. CISSP and CEH qualifications preferred.
