Development of L&D Strategic Plan


1. Facilitates planning session with the team to establish well-thought action plans and tactics that will support the overall goal of Hotel and Human Resources
2. In-charge of the development, communication and implementation of the Hotel's Annual Learning and Development Plan based on HSH global learning plan and the Hotel's training and development needs
3. Creates campaign, training modules and the corresponding mechanism and evaluation tools that will support relevant issues on customer service, service standards, leadership etc.,
4. Ensures timely implementation of the plan
5. Communicates updates about the learning and development plan to EXCOM and/or Department Heads
6. Recommends external resources that will address current learning and development needs
