International Tokyo-based Startup that provides IoT platform offering cashless payment solutions and mobile applications.
Your Responsibilities
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed
- Fluent speaking and writing in Japanese and English
- More than 3 years of proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
