Specialized Group is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager in Transaction Technology Field. You will be working for a Tokyo based startup in a multinational environment.  

Our Client

International Tokyo-based Startup that provides IoT platform offering cashless payment solutions and mobile applications.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives 
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas 
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits 

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed 

  • Fluent speaking and writing in Japanese and English 
  • More than 3 years of proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role 
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
