Specialized Group is currently searching for a Creative Manager for a cosmetic brand. You will need background in creative role in cosmetics or/ and women's products, preferably  experienced in creative agency and/ or client-side.  Knowledge of marketing - especially in branding and digital marketing is required.  Also, flexibility and adaptability will be high requirement to work in a start-up environment to accomplish a mission together with Japan team.  

The role is a manager position without suborindates, however, ability to lead and manage projects with outside agencies is must.  Good commmunication skills in English with the global team and fluency in Japanese also is required.
