Needless to say, you will have experience successfully managing P&L within large teams (preferably over 200 people). The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Japanese Mandatory
• English Business Level or Above Mandatory
• You will excel at corporate strategy as you will be given full and complete autonomy  to sign deals as to create strategic alliances within Japan, building meaningful partnerships and spearheading revenue growth in Japan.  
• The ideal candidate should also be able to deliver on creative vision, brand strategy in Japan, and stay true to the core of the brand.
• While not a requirement, Candidates who have completed an MBA will have a highly competitive advantage. Equivalent experience from a consulting background will also be highly advantageous.
