Your Responsibilities

• Understand annual marketing calendars and medium- to long-term strategies, planning, implementing, analyzing and reporting to achieve goals.
• Work on earned & paid media value, product offering, advertisement planning and progress for PR work and advertisement progress on offline & online media (beauty magazines, websites, etc.).
• Influencer marketing work (formation of continued Earned Media Value on-line through relationship creation, product vision, event execution, etc. for hairdressers, instructors, YouTube, etc.
• Collaboration and cooperation with digital staff and CRM staff.
• Collaborate with product teams, creatives, education, sales, and other divisions.
• Information gathering and analysis of competing brand PR activities.
• Creation of internal and external materials.

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Business-level English language skills.
• Native-level Japanese language skills.
• 3 years or more PR experience in the cosmetics industry or related industry.
• Marketing knowledge.
• Basic PC knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in events and websites is a plus.
