An exciting opportunity as a Corporate Legal Counsel. This position would be based in their Tokyo office. 

Your Responsibilities

• Write, review and draft commercial contracts that express the intentions of the Parties. 
• Advise the business on the best way forward when negotiating and engaging in new contracts
• Be available to attend calls and conference calls
• Review and manage risk and compliance matters
• Put the interests of the company ahead of the employees and keep a level of independence when advising and making decisions.
