Our client is a financial Asset management firm seeking an experienced Compliance professional who can contribute to a hands-on position at a smaller but highly profitable asset management company. The company is listed on the NYE and provides institutional investors with opportunities to invest directly in US equities and EU investment opportunities for long-term growth.

Their AUM is growing every year and they have been highly profitable in this market.

This opportunity would be suitable for someone who has experience in the traditional financial services sector of banking and securities and is now seeking to diversify their career by taking on a general compliance position at an Asset management firm.

Ideally, you will have experience in direct investment management, JSDA 1&2 and experience filing and dealing with the FSA and KFB.
