Required Skills

• Native level Japanese.
• Business level English.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the financial industry, preferably at an asset management firm.
• Basic knowledge of financial products, including fixed income and derivatives.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks with tight time deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure with a fair degree of autonomy as well as in a team environment is essential.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience using Macros/VBA, MS Access, and InfoCube a plus.
