They are looking for someone who is ready to take on an increased role within Client Reporting, within a management position.  This is the perfect position for someone with a client reporting background, but who would now like to take on a more senior level position which would lead to managing a team, while working at a first-class institution.

Your Responsibilities

• Manages periodic deliverables to the clients in agreed frequency and timing.
• Report preparation will be a collaboration work with local third party service provider for back/middle office functions, global Client & Portfolio Services team, performance team, Investments, Products, etc.
• Ensure meeting client’s expectation and its accuracy
• Deal with ad-hoc query/request, mainly for the portfolio assets and data, from external clients or for internal clients’ needs for performance review meeting, RFP, etc.
• Co-work with Product/Business Development in setting up investment vehicle and finalizing related documentations.
• Manage relationship with external business partners such as our local/global service provider for back/middle office functions, Trustees, Administrators, Custodian, etc.

• Native Level Japanese Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Able to cope well under pressure and to meet deadlines

• Team player, ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with colleagues, Business, Managers, Stakeholders
