• Business level English
• Able to evaluate & integrate stage 1 platform technologies
• Extensive experience with System architecture, Backend development and Performance optimization
• Knowledge of Agile development team workflow best practice
• Experience with Java; Ruby on Rails; Python; Django; Node.js
• Experience managing internal and external teams
• Track record of delivering results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
