Our client are a global retail company, searching for a Japan CFO to lead financial strategy and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage a team.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to both local and headquarters management teams.
• Manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Oversee accounting, financial operations, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Japanese.
• Minimum of 10 years of finance experience.
• Experience in multinational retail companies (preferred)
• Leadership experience.
• Familiar with Japan's legal and tax regulations for retail and import operations.
