Their new focus now is Japan and they are looking to add a Business development Manager to their existing team

As a Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with big accounts operating on a global scale. The best Business Development Managers are excellent communicators with amazing analytical skills which allow them to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • New client’s acquisition and generate sales results.
  • Tackle potential markets, doing market mapping, business relationships with clients and/or partners.
  • Understand clients and their business and how you can provide improvements.
  • Identify new and innovative use cases for the products.
  • Excellent overview of the business and with the latest industry trends.
  • Ensure clients satisfaction and increased usage of service.
  • Build up a healthy pipeline of accounts
  • Participate in the exhibitions, events and seminars in order to broaden the channels for business development and ensure full exposure to the targeted clients.

The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed

  • 5+ years' prior experience with Saas and/or Telecom sales/business development roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese (Mandatory for both)
  • Hunter / Go-To-Market mindset to sources new potential leads
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
