This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager with credible IT client service skills.

You will be responsible for selling our IT Engineering & Manufacturing Solutions as part of our team. You will need to show proven results in client negotiation and service. Knowledge of planning and account analysis is a plus.

You will be consulting with clients, so good communication is essential. You will need Business-level Japanese and English for this role.

Required Skills

• Business-level Japanese and English.
• 10 years’ experience.
• Understanding of Manufacturing, Engineering, and Product Development Life Cycle.
• Experience in Embedded, Industrial Automation.
• Proactive and results-driven.
• Able to find and build new customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Consultative selling skills.
• A good negotiator with strong client service skills.
• Experience with Automotive, Consumer Electronics or Medical industry in Japan is preferred.
