Required Skills

• Native-level Japanese.
• Fluent-level English.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Compliance Specialist or Customer Service Manager with a marketing company.
• Working knowledge of relevant Japanese legislation (including the Specified Commercial Transactions Act, the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representation and the Unfair Competition Prevention Act).
• Excellent communication, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
