Specialized Group is currently searching for both Business Development and Account Manager in Tokyo area to join the Lifestyle Audio division for a leading gaishikei company.

Your Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Source new businesses and create a strategy for new clients
  • Develop your network
  • Analyze and evaluate sales activities

Account Manager:

  • Maintain and renew the existing portfolio of key clients
  • Research each market to supply suitable solutions and strategies
  • Monitor, track, evaluate and report customer’s sell-out and performance

The Skills and Experience You Need to Succeed

  • Over 2 years' experience in sales or marketing 
  • Able to plan, analyze and estimate sales figures
  • Knowledge of business practice and distribution within consumer goods sector
  • Negotiation skills
  • Business level English
  • Native or near-native level Japanese.
