Your Responsibilities
- Propose, design and implement strategic sales plan
- Expand company presence and establish solid partnership environement for the product in Japanese market
- Improve customer satisfaction and market share/coverage in universal industry
- Develop effective marketing strategy and plans to improve customer acquisition and sales performance
The Skills and Experience You Need To Succeed
- Experienced with local customer development and worked on large scale project
- Solid understanding of business needs in but not limited to game, e-commerce, O2O, video and enterprise' service industry
- Established and maintained long-term excellent relationships with target customers on top level CIOs, CTOs and CEOs
- Excellent skills in communication and coordination, capable of working under high pressure assuring strong execution ability
- Strong self-driven, optimizing, innovating, accurately understanding and executing methods to garantee smooth process end-to-end
(Critical Skills/Knowledge)
- 5+ years of overall sales or BD experience
- Proven success in fast-paced companies
- Record of sustained and significant quota achievement
- Strong command of Japanese and English
