スキル・資格

• Native level Japanese  
• Business level English
• 2 years’ experience in a technical support environment or equivalent field.
• 1 year of experience in an Enterprise environment.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Reliable problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand technical issues and apply troubleshooting methodology.
• Strong understanding of server administration and networking protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
