職務内容

The Industrial Operations Manager provides leadership for all manufacturing and packaging operations which take place in Contract Manufacturing Organizations, both domestic and overseas, to support the commercial product portfolio. The core focus of the role is to ensure the organization is and continues to deliver overall supply chain quality, service and cost performance from our CMO network.

As of today, our CMO operations span over 5 suppliers. The person will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a CMO network, develop strategies to ensure capacity is in place for long term market supply, and to identify and implement profit optimizing initiatives. The candidate will directly manage contractual relationships with CMOs and partner with cross-functional teams based in Japan, Europe and other entities.

応募要件

• 10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry in Japan within an international work environment (operations, procurement, supply chain).
• 10+ years of direct experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Experience in operations management and negotiation with CMOs.
• Track record of delivery on operational costs improvements actions to optimize profitability.
• Experience in developing, implementing and leading a cross functional CMO operations model is a plus.
• Track record to identifying opportunities and implementing improvements
