アソシエイトディレクターとして、カスタマーインサイトと分析チームを行います。また、データを利用して、弊社のセールス、マーケティング、管理戦略をサポートします。製薬業界での実務経験を優遇します。

高い分析能力と戦略的思考をお持ちの方を求めています。

顧客と直接やり取りしますので、高いコミュニケーション能力が必須です。

日本語に堪能であることと、ビジネスべレベルの英語力を有していることが必要です。

スキル・資格

• Fluent level Japaness
• Business level English
• Experience of SQL and SAS of large-scale data stored in the database.
• Experience with statistical modeling and pattern recognition from data by machine learning, causal analysis and prediction.
• 5 years’ experience in programming (R, Python, SAS etc.) to implement and automate data manipulation and statistical processing.
• Ability to solve problems using data and communicate results clearly.
• Result-oriented and able to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of big data processing environments such as Hadoop preferred.
• Knowledge of parsing non-structural data such as text and networks preferred.
• Knowledge of visualization BI tools such as Tableau and Spotfire preferred.
• Knowledge, understanding and experience on the pharmaceutical industry preferred
