HR Manager (Global FMCG) 人事マネージャー
Our client are a global FMCG company active in food/beverages, seeking a HR Manager.
You'll take ownership of a wide range of HR functions, including including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and general HR strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic HR initiatives.
- Refine and improve HR processes.
- Manage the recruitment process from job description to onboarding.
- Address HR queries related to compensation, employee relations, and performance.
- Facilitate organizational change initiatives.
- Support DEI efforts.
- Handle employee relations matters confidentially and professionally.
- Manage compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in an HR role (generalist experience preferred).
- Japanese fluency.
- Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Effective organizational skills.
- Project management skills.
