Our client are a global high-end hotel group, searching for a guest lounge manager. You'll manage various aspects of both daily operations and broader strategy. This is an opportunity to step up your career and take on a leadership role at a global company.

Responsibilities:

• - Help prepare and oversee annual budget.
• - Develop strategies to increase the occupancy rates and and other KPIs.
• - Work with various hotel departments to provide operational support and maintain smooth operations.
• - Lead, train, and give feedback to club staff.
• - Oversee night audit operations
• - Create daily financial reports.
• - Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of facilities and equipment.

Qualifications:

• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
• - At least two years of relevant service industry experience (hotel, restaurant, bar, etc).
• - Supervisory / management experience.
• - Certified in Food & Beverage service and food handling (preferred).
