Director of Conference Services (Hotel / Hospitality)

Our client are a global premium hotel company, seeking a Director of Conference Services. This is a senior role, with team management responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conference services team.
  • Deliver exceptional guest engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Manage function rooms and hotel facilities profitably.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strategically manage banquet and room revenues.
  • Set & implementing upselling strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in conference services or operations
  • Experience in hotel industry (preferred).
  • Ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Strategic problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
