Customer Operations Specialist, Travel (Remote work OK!)

Location: Tokyo (remote / hybrid work)

Our client are a global travel company, seeking an operations specialist to handle customer enquiries and other support tasks.

This role is suitable for those who want a flexible working environment with remote work テレワーク available.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls
  • Answer customer enquiries & resolve customer issues.
  • Perform administrative tasks & maintain accurate system records.
  • Investigate and report on any travel-related incidents or complaints.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Japanese (N2 level or above)
  • Proficient in English (preferred).
  • Customer service or hospitality experience (preferred, not mandatory).
