Our client are a global luxury group, recruiting a Head Bartender for an Osaka property. You'll manage all operations. This is a chance to step up your management career at an extremely prestigious venue.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the bar.
• Handle inventory control and compliance with health & safety standards.
• Maximize efficiency and service quality.
• Lead the management, recruitment & training of staff.
• Organize staff schedules.
• Address customer issues promptly.
• Periodically update the drink menu; ensuring offerings are current.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing a bar or similar role in a luxury or upscale environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology.
• Extensive understanding of wines and spirits.
• People management & leadership skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems and POS technology.
• Able to communicate in English and/or Japanese.
