Senior Business Planning Manager (Growth & Operational Optimization)

Our client are a global leader in retail, logistics and distribution, seeking a Senior Business Development / Strategy Manager.

You'll lead strategic profitability initiatives through improving operational efficiency and customer experience. Suitable candidates will have experience in business strategy, business planning, or management consulting.

You'll be in charge of developing projects to improve operational efficiency across various product categories & functions. Our client offer world-leading salary & benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies to improve operational efficiency; lead projects from start to finish.
• Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor project progress, facilitating the adoption and scalability of successful initiatives.
• Collaborate globally and cross-functionally.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Leadership skills.
• Experience in management consulting or similar (preferred).
• Proven ability to think strategically and implement decisions tactically.
• Data analysis skills.
• Fluent in both Japanese and English.
