Security Manager (Central Tokyo) セキュリティマネージャー

Our client are a global consumer goods / C2C company, recruiting a Security Management professional to join their Tokyo team. You'll manage the entire security team to ensure the safety of a central Tokyo facility, its staff, and the valuable collectibles they take care of.

業務内容：

• 専任のセキュリティチームを採用し、訓練及び監督を行う。
• 監視機器とアクセス制御システムを維持し、常に正常に作動させる。
• セキュリティシステムのベンダーを監督し、機器の調達を管理する。
• 安全規程を策定し、実施する。
• 異常事態発生時に調査を行い、対応策を講じる。
• 標準操作手順（SOP）を定期的に見直し、必要に応じて更新する。

応募資格：

• コーポレートセキュリティ分野での実務経験。
• 管理職経験3年以上。
• ASIS認定保護プロフェッショナル（CPP）、物理セキュリティプロフェッショナル（PSP）資格が望ましい。
• CCTVシステムの操作及び維持管理に熟知していることが望ましい。

Responsibilities:

• - Hire, train, and manage a dedicated security team.
• - Keep surveillance equipment, alarms, and access systems working properly.
• - Supervise security system providers and other equipment providers.
• - Develop and implement safety rules.
• - Start investigations into unusual incidents
• - Regularly review and update Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications:

• - Fluent in Japanese and English.
• - Relevant experience in Corporate Security.
• - 3+ years of management experience.
• - Preferred: ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP).
• - Preferred: Good at working with CCTV systems, including maintenance and operation.
