Our client are a global financial services provider, searching for an IT Specialist.

This is a great role for junior candidates with foundational IT skills looking to advance their career. Our client will provide further on-the-job training, and a supportive working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second level technical support for company applications and infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in accordance with service level agreements.
• Accurately document and update incidents in the IT Service Management system.
• Conduct tests and regular system checks in line with established procedures.
• Work with management to maintain and improve business applications and platforms.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in IT support or related fields.
• Conversational / intermediate ability in Japanese (N3 level)
• Communication ability in English.
• Basic understanding of network, server, database, and desktop technologies.
• MUST be resident of Japan with valid working visa.
