Our client are a leading global IT service provider, searching for a HR Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with around 3 years in HR to step into a more senior role.

Responsibilities:

  • - Work with external vendors on social insurance and payroll calculations.
  • - Provide strategic recommendations on organization structure, staff placement, performance evaluation systems, innovation, and culture.
  • - Lead performance evaluation processes.
  • - Develop mid-career recruitment / TA strategies.
  • - Manage HR database.
  • - Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies, including social insurance, employee pension, national pension, and income tax.


Requirements:

  • - At least 3 years of HR experience in a corporate setting.
  • - Solid knowledge of HR and labor affairs, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • - Good at data analysis, especially using Excel.
