Location: Tokyo
Work Style: Hybrid / Flexible (remote work テレワーク OK!)

Our client are a global FMCG manufacturer, recruiting a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst. They offer a generous salary, great work-life balance, and flexible / remote work.

Responsibilities:

• - Manage budget.
• - Turn complex financial data into actionable business insights & strategic recommendations.
• - Coordinate with HQ & other global teams on reporting & strategy.
• - Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly financial reports
• - Prepare forecasts.
• - Lead improvements in financial processes.

Requirements:

• - 4+ years relevant experience.
• - Certifications like ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIA are a plus.
• - Must be fluent in Japanese
• - Proficient in MS Excel and database programming (TM1, EBS, Hyperion).
• - Experience in the retail/wholesale industry (preferred).
• - Experience in large global organisation (preferred).
