In the course of your dealings with the Company, you may provide us with

home address, telephone and facsimile numbers, cell phone number and email
address, job title and function, profession, supervisors, department, business
unit and location, educational and professional history, areas of practice,
biographical information, licenses, references, bank account details, credit
card information, tax identification number and other information required for
billing and payment, events or interviews attended, placement information and
photographs. If you contact us by email, telephone, facsimile, postal mail or
otherwise, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence.

We may use cookies to collect non-personally identifiable information in
connection with our website, www.specialized-group.com. Our web pages may
incorporate pixel tags,web beacons,or similar tracking technologies
(collectively, pixel tags that allow us or our agents to track the actions of
users of our site. Pixel tags are used to collect non-personally identifiable
information, such as the name of your internet service provider, the IP address
of the computer you are using, the type of browser software and operating
system that you use, the date and time you access our site, the website
address, if any, from which you linked directly to our site, the website
address, if any, to which you travel from our site, and other similar
traffic-related information. We may also aggregate your information with
similar data collected from other users to help us improve our sites and the
services that we provide through our site.
3. How We Use the Personally Identifiable Information We Gather
We use personally identifiable information to: provide candidates with
information regarding job openings; assess and evaluate the candidate for
suitability for future placement; upload or build a resume; provide corporate
clients requesting our services with information regarding potential
candidates; provide candidates and corporate clients information regarding
events and services available through the Company; perform accounting
activities such as billing and payment; correspond with corporate clients and
candidates regarding placement, billing and payment issues; and respond to
inquiries from corporate clients and candidates; develop and improve our search
services; collect and disclose diversity statistics and other statistical
information regarding our candidates, placement activities and results.
We may share personal information for some or all of the above purposes with
our parent company Specialized Search and Selection Limited, a U.K. company.
The Company is responsible for the management of personal information to be
used jointly with such company.
We currently do not, but in the future, may sell personally identifiable
information to third parties. The method of transferring such information may
be by providing either a CD-Rom, a disk or internet access through the use of a
password. You may request that the Company not engage in or otherwise cease
such provision to third parties at any time by contacting us at

4. Methods of Disclosure and Options for Limiting Disclosure
When personal information regarding candidates is shared with our corporate
clients pursuant to the purposes of use indicated in Section 3 above, the
method of disclosure may be by direct person-to-person contact, telephone,
facsimile, mail, email or internet website. The personal information regarding
the candidate that will be shared with our corporate clients will include all
information submitted to the Company by the candidate in his or her resume, as
well as information that the Company may add regarding our assessment of the
candidate. A candidate may request that his or her information cease being
provided to our corporate clients at any time, and may also request that he or
she stop being contacted by the Company regarding job openings. (Please refer

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, we may provide personal information to
certain delegates (including their employees, contractors, agents, and
designees) or third party service providers to the extent necessary to enable
them to perform certain administrative functions (such as providing
photocopying, mailing, printing and website-related services (e.g., web
hosting, website-related services and features, or maintenance services) on our
behalf, or so that they may provide us with products and services, including
accounting, tax and legal services, translation/interpretation services,
benefits administration and payroll services. We also may disclose personal
information to any third party if we believe that we are required to do so by
applicable law.
Please also note that, even without your consent, the Company may use some of
your personal information where it is legally permitted to do so.
5. Obtaining, Changing or Deleting Personal Information; Handling of Complaints
You may request disclosure of your personal information and request that
inaccurate information be corrected, amended, or, where appropriate, deleted by
contacting us at privacy@specialized-group.com.
Please note that the Company may not disclose personal information where such
non-disclosure is consistent with applicable law.
You may request that the Company not transfer your personal information to
third parties at any time (except for delegates and service providers and
otherwise as legally permitted), and may also request that you stop being
contacted by the Company regarding job openings.
You may also request that the Company cease the use of your personal
information on the grounds that such personal information was used (including
provision of held personal information to a third party) or acquired in
violation of Japanese law.
