IT Helpdesk Expert needed

This is the perfect position for an energetic communicator with strong customer service skills. You will need extensive experience in support technology for this dynamic job. The position is based in Tokyo and the pay is 5-7m yen per year.

You should have 8 years experience in technical support. Knowledge the technology and automotive sectors will also be an advantage.

You will be working for a large international company. You will need to be fluent in Japanese and have good English skills for this position.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in support.
  • Knowledge of phone system support.
  • Experienced in incident management in Service Now.
  • Knowledge of Office365, Microsoft Office, Access & Project, Visio, etc.
  • Customer support experience, including wireless LAN access, VPN, DSL, and Cable services.
  • Experience in Backups, Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows server environments.
  • Experienced in supporting mobile devices (Blackberry, Droid, iPhone and iPad).
  • Ideally experienced in Altiris (Imaging, packaging, scripting).
