  • Planning and promoting employee satisfaction, ensures compliance with local and federal employment and labor law.
  • Planning, managing, controlling, and coordinating benefits, wages, salaries, labor and team member relations, and assist in the development and formulation of policies, procedures and practices to support the operational needs of the hotel
  • Position reporting to General Manager
